I've been a Pandora fan for many years. That's why my go-to store is the branch in the Stadtgalerie Heilbronn shopping center. The staff are always friendly and offer expert advice. The service is also excellent. Whether it's an exchange or an order, I've never been annoyed or disappointed. The ladies do a fantastic job. I've already visited the stores in Las Vegas, New York, and Honolulu. I need the matching City Charms for my (now six) bracelets. Except for Hawaii, the stores were all very well-staffed with polite, friendly, and service-oriented personnel. The store in the Honolulu Mall was unfortunately very disappointing. My stepmother and I had a very unpleasant shopping experience there. We felt like we were bothering them. Every answer to a question was accompanied by a strained and annoyed expression. As I said, I've been to three different stores in Vegas—all without any issues. Personally, I'm happy to have such a great store team in Heilbronn. Thank you for the consistently excellent service.
